Common Questions
What types of files can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), Markdown, CSV, JSON and HTML files — up to 50 MB each. PDF is the most common format for contracts and legal documents, and Company Brain extracts every page automatically.
Is my data secure and private?
All documents are stored encrypted in your private Supabase bucket — isolated per business. Only authenticated users of your company can access your documents. The AI never trains on your data.
What happens if the answer isn't in my documents?
The AI says clearly: "I don't have that information in the uploaded company documents." It never invents facts. Every response is grounded in the documents you've uploaded.
How many documents can I upload?
During the 30-day free trial you can upload up to 10 documents (up to 50,000 words of content). After upgrading to the $39/month paid plan, uploads are unlimited — no cap on documents or storage.
Can multiple team members use it?
Yes. Every team member with CRM access can use Company Brain. Each person has their own conversation history. Admins can see all sessions and manage the document library.
Can I use this without the LeadOS CRM?
Yes — the Standalone plan gives you Company Brain as an independent product at $39/month. If you're already a LeadOS CRM customer, Company Brain is completely free — included in your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime with one click from Settings → Billing inside your Company Brain dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts. If you're on a paid plan, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation you can still log in to download or delete your documents for privacy.
